List of changes:
* All font overrides in the theme removed - the font can be configured separately (I just use 9pt DejaVu Sans)
* Toolbar buttons set to be flat (no button) until you hover over them
* toggle-button style set to match toolbar buttons instead of regular buttons
* y-thickness of notebook tabs changed from 3 to 0 to avoid stretching
* Panel background disabled and panel "active" and "prelight" button states changed to solid color (better Xfce compatibility)
* Horizontal and vertical scrollbar troughs replaced
